Assessment

Regardless of what your duty was, or what you saw or did while deployed, it's natural for you to be left with memories that are disturbing and distressing. These memories might not go away simply because you've returned to the safety of your home and family. They can make you feel angry, violent or depressed, and they can trigger urges to hurt yourself, avoid other people, and take excessive amounts of alcohol or drugs. All of these are symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The Post-Traumatic Stress Assessment, and each of the related assessments below, takes about five minutes to complete; recommendations follow based on your results.
